Eagle layer assignment

In the CAD software Eagle, PCB data can be output in Gerber/Excellon format using a module.
A configuration for outputting the various formats is provided in the software.
Unless we receive other information with your order, we will use the following parameters for output.

Eagle CAD software

The Eagle (Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor) software, developed by Autodesk, is a widely used, powerful computer-aided design (CAD) software for designing printed circuit boards. This software offers a comprehensive range of tools and features that enable engineers and designers to design electronic circuits and create printed circuit board layouts. Eagle is used by a wide range of electronics developers, engineers, and hobbyists to create prototypes and products with printed circuit boards.

Areas of application for the tool

One of the main components of Eagle CAD software is a schematic editor that allows users to graphically design and edit electronic circuit diagrams. The layer editor can be used to manually adjust the layer assignment of the printed circuit boards if necessary.

It also includes a layout editor that can be used to create the physical layout of a printed circuit board. This editor can be used to place components, route traces, and define design rules.

The software also offers library management for electronic components, authoring rules for defining design rules, a 3D visualization function for displaying the PCB design in a realistic environment, and CAM processing for generating CAM files for PCB production.

The software offers simulation options for analyzing circuit behavior. In addition, advanced routing options are available, including automated routing functions. Eagle enables efficient component management, including versioning and reuse of components.

In addition to the main features mentioned, Eagle also allows integration with other tools and file formats for easier collaboration.
