IBR Leiterplatten is not just a simple online store, we are also there for our customers in person. We work as a team with our customers and enjoy successfully shaping joint projects. The management is particularly proud of the team, which is there for you every day by phone, e-mail or remotely and are always looking forward to your next project! We have no employees, we are all family members - the expansion of know-how and the development of each individual are therefore carefully encouraged by the management.

History
IBR entered the market as Ingenieurbüro Jörg Ringler in 1989 in the field of sensor technology and power supplies.
Jörg Ringler's technical studies quickly led him to focus on printed circuit boards. Over the years, he built up expertise in production preparation and PCB technology, as a result of which the production of PCBs grew steadily. Without aggressive sales, but rather through trust and recommendations, the foundations were laid for a large, successful company.
- Between 1989 and 1993, the first orders were processed in a normal residential building in Heilbronn
- from 1993 to 2003, after the move to Bad Rappenau, we were able to increase our staff and make our first major technical changes thanks to more space
- from 2003 to 2009, we were able to expand quality assurance and production preparation in Neckarbischofsheim with even more space
- Since 2009, we have been back in Bad Rappenau and can now also produce palletized goods or large frame call-offs on a daily basis from our large warehouse. In addition, we have further space for healthy growth, which we would like to realize together with our customers
- In 2017, construction planning began for the extension right next to our existing building to provide more space for the research and QA departments. Logistics will also be greatly expanded.
- Since 2020, we have been able to take advantage of our extension, with increased storage space, automated logistics and additional office/laboratory and training rooms
- Since 2024, IBR has been part of the Fineline Global group, the leading value-added reseller of printed circuit boards, and benefits from additional production capacity, resources and infrastructure from the strong Fineline network.
Social commitment
In addition to company training, it is very important to us to always give something back. This is why IBR regularly donates to social institutions in the area, such as animal welfare, as well as to international organizations. Three of these are particularly close to our hearts.
- With several dogs in the office and a lot of animal experience in the Ringler family, we are happy to be regularly involved in the Sinsheim animal shelter. Here, animals are found a new home with dedication and not simply a stock of animals is managed. The team impresses us with their commitment and dedication - which we take as an example.

We have the utmost respect for the work of every single volunteer. The projects really do reach people. We know that our donations are being put to very good use there.
to Doctors Without Borders → - After three IBR colleagues gave birth to healthy children in 2017, Käferle e.V. once again showed how special and valuable top-quality childcare is, helping parents to find a balance between work and family. We are happy to show our respect and gratitude for the educators.
