Delivery times & availability
pcb.shop has no company holidays and is available on weekdays from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Standard and express delivery times 
Standard delivery times vary depending on the technology and order quantity and start at 4 working days. You
can find the estimated delivery time directly in our PCB configurator once you have selected your desired technology. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a personalized quote with an individual delivery time estimate.

For projects with tight deadlines or special urgency, please contact our team directly.
With prior consultation, we can plan your needs specifically and deliver on your desired date.

The delivery time depends on:

• Order quantity
• Technology & complexity
• Material availability
• Current market situation

These factors also influence our express options.

Express production 
We offer express options through our German and European production facilities for particularly short delivery times. Express production
is also possible through our Chinese production partners, even for series and special technologies.

Deliveries on a specific date are possible – please contact us in good time. We will be happy to advise you on the appropriate express option depending on the production location.

Note on global supply chains
Due to current economic and geopolitical developments, unexpected delays may occur in rare cases, particularly in the area of rail and sea freight. We will inform you in good time if your project is affected.

Marked holidays – so you can plan ahead

Regional, national, and international holidays are not taken into account when specifying production days or delivery times/dates in the offer.

Note: There is no production on these days

• We are generally always available on long weekends or between Christmas and New Year, but production/delivery may be limited.
• The production days or delivery times/dates stated in the order confirmation are always based on dispatch from IBR, i.e., without taking into account the shipping time from IBR (Bad Rappenau) to the recipient's address.
• IBR delivers "ex works" and accepts no liability for delays caused by the respective parcel service.
