Certified processes & certified quality regulations
IBR Leiterplatten is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. We are a member of the IPC – all our printed circuit boards comply with at least the IPC Class 2 standard. We also manufacture IPC Class 3 printed circuit boards for critical applications. With its extensive expertise that goes far beyond IPC regulations, our quality assurance department is your point of contact and advisor when it comes to PCB quality.
IBR's processes and quality assurance are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Manufacturing according to IPC-A-600 or customer specifications There is an IPC
guideline for every production step. Guidelines are specified from development to assembly and acceptance. This ensures quality, reliability, and consistency in your product.
IBR Leiterplatten GmbH & Co. KG supplies all printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC-A-600H Class 2.
If required, we also manufacture according to specific customer specifications, as far as this is technically feasible.
UL Underwriter Laboratories certified materials and manufacturing
Our printed circuit boards are manufactured exclusively with UL-approved materials, unless a special material is specified, for example. The production itself is also UL-registered. We also offer the less common Canadian UL certification. Upon request, your printed circuit board can be marked with the UL logo.

measurement method
With our modern measuring and analysis equipment, we can test each circuit board individually. This also allows us to check specific customer requirements precisely after the circuit boards have been manufactured. On request, we can provide you with a measurement report for your printed circuit board, which is based precisely on your quality management instructions. For each production batch, we create an analysis of the printed circuit board surface, which is stored by us and, on request, also enclosed with your delivery.
Special quality analyses
Our versatile laboratory equipment ensures consistent industrial quality and allows us to implement special quality guidelines more flexibly than others at our Bad Rappenau site.
