Certified processes & certified quality regulations
IBR PCBs is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. We are a member of the IPC - all our PCBs meet at least the IPC Class 2 standard. We also manufacture IPC Class 3 PCBs for critical applications. Our quality assurance department, with its broad expertise that goes far beyond IPC regulations, is your contact and advisor when it comes to PCB quality.
SGS Group Certified
IBR’s processes and quality assurance are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. Certification is carried out by the SGS Group.

IPC-A-600 Production
Production according to IPC-A-600 or customer specification.
An IPC guideline exists for each production step. From development to assembly and acceptance, guidelines are specified. This guarantees quality, reliability and consistency in your product
IBR Leiterplatten GmbH & Co. KG generally supplies all PCBs in accordance with IPC-A-600H Class 2. If required, we also manufacture according to specially specified customer specifications, as far as technically feasible
UL-approved materials
UL Underwriter Laboratories certified materials and production. Our PCBs are manufactured exclusively with UL-approved materials, unless a special material is specified, for example. The production itself is also UL-registered. We also offer the rarer Canadian UL certification.
Your printed circuit board can be provided with the UL logo on request.

Documents through FED
Fachverband Elektronik-Design (FED) e.V. The FED not only provides training in PCB design but also regularly publishes literature on current topics.
All IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) documents can be obtained from the FED.
Measuring method
With our modern measuring and analysis equipment, we can test each PCB individually. This means that even special customer requirements can be precisely checked after the PCBs have been manufactured. On request, we can create a measurement report for your printed circuit board that is based precisely on your quality management instructions. We create an analysis of the PCB surface for each production batch, which is stored by us and can also be included with your delivery on request.
Special Quality Analyses
Our versatile laboratory equipment ensures consistent industrial quality and allows us to
implement special quality guidelines more flexibly than others at our Bad Rappenau site.
