We offer a wide range of production variants so that you get the right product for every requirement. This means: products of the highest quality, flexibly adapted to your needs. Do you need single-sided PCBs, double-sided PCBs or multilayer PCBs? Decide whether they should be rigid or flexible, or whether you are looking for a combination or intermediate solution.
Technical specifications
We have modern machines at our disposal to produce the most complex printed circuit boards. And it's not just the machines that make the difference - old hands in the art of engineering and young engineers ensure that the printed circuit board we produce meets every expectation. We will be happy to advise you on the realization of your printed circuit board, whether a simple single-sided or a complex multilayer.

FAQ
IBR uses high-quality materials such as FR4, aluminium, CEM1 and special flexible materials, which are selected according to the application requirements. We will be happy to advise you on which material is best suited to your specific application.
Yes, we offer the option of producing prototypes of your PCB. This allows you to test the design before series production and ensure that it meets the desired requirements.
To order PCBs from IBR, we require the following data formats:
- Gerber files (RS-274X or RS-274D) for the traces, pads and drill holes.
- Excellon drill files for the positions and diameters of the drill holes.
- Solder mask files for the areas to be provided with the solder mask.
- Solder paste template files for placement and solder paste application.
- Component placements and schematics for better tracking and verification of designs.
Please ensure that all files meet the required specifications and standards.
Rigid PCBs are the traditional option and provide a stable, fixed base for electronic components.
Flexible PCBs are made from flexible materials and can be used in applications that require bending or twisting, such as portable devices or networked products.
